We are very pleased and honored to announce the appointment of the 2019 Corks & Forks Chair, Ms. Mary Grace Gray.
Mary Grace is a native Houstonian; she has been very involved in Houston’s business and social community for well over 35 years. Having spent most of her career in Hospitality, Gray is aware of Houston’s dynamic Texas Medical Center and the destination Houston has become for medical treatment of all types and most importantly Cancer treatment.
This cause is most dear to her heart as like most families Cancer has touched Gray’s family as well as her friends, colleagues and frequent guests from all over the world. Mary Grace hopes all who learn about this great event benefiting Cancer research, patient awareness and assistance will join in support of the American Cancer Society at this year’s Corks and Forks, to be held Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the Ballroom at Bayou Place in Houston’s downtown Theater District.
Mary Grace joined Interfin in 1999 as a member of the luxury condominium development team. She successfully opened high-rise luxury condominiums, as well as the acclaimed luxury boutique hotel, Hotel Granduca. During Mary Grace’s tenure, Hotel Granduca Houston was touted the #1 Luxury Boutique Hotel in Houston and named in the Gold List by Conde Nast. After serving as General Manager of Granduca for ten years she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing/PR for Interfin and Chief Brand Officer of Granduca Hotels. Mary Grace recently joined John Daugherty, Realtors.
Prior to joining Interfin, Mary Grace was affiliated with Four Seasons Hotels, Bulgari and other luxury brands and properties. She is a proven leader in luxury hospitality and retail, as well as residential high-rise operations, sales, marketing and development. Mary Grace is involved in numerous local charities and associations in Houston.
Mary Grace will bring with her a wealth of vibrant leadership and fundraising experience!
